Litigation Update

Ken Poris’ lawsuit against Lake Holiday is still ongoing. We were granted summary judgment by Judge Daugherty on all issues in the trial court. It has been reversed in part and affirmed in part by the Appellate Court. It is still pending in the courts. We have the option to petition to the Supreme Court or return to Judge Daugherty for further determinations.

Security’s role is to enforce the rules and regulations of Lake Holiday. Security can and will continue to issue tickets for violations of the Rules and Regulations of Lake Holiday as allowed by law; including, the use of radar and recording devices as allowed in the Appellate Court decision.
